mohinga is a burmese noodle dish; simply put, it’s rice noodles in fish broth. (but it is so much more than that!) it’s hard to explain but you can read more about mohinga on wikipedia.
cilantro, fish sauce, lemon/lime juice, and chili flakes—among other common condiments in southeast asian cuisine—are added to your liking.
